Customer Service Advisor

£25000 - £30000 dependant on experience

Monday to Friday 0830 – 1700 ( Office based) 

I am recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor for a very well established employer who are a leader in their industry

Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for responding to customer queries from incoming calls and emails.
• Completing bookings
• Contacting previous customers of the business
• Maintaining the client database
• Ensure strong working relationships are developed with all stakeholders
• Maintaining current customer relationship as well as building new ones.
