• Act as the first point of contact for all customer looking to place product orders
• Processing orders through the internal database
• Liaising and negotiating with suppliers
• Raising purchase orders
• Preparing documentation
• General administration and data entry

Essential Skillset

• 1 years’ experience in a similar supply chain/procurement position
• Strong administration and customer service skillset
• Ability to prioritise deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Time management skills

Package

• Maidstone, hybrid working – 1/2 days at home
• Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
• £30,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience)
