Job Opportunity:
Are you a Service Engineer or Engineer with experience in the automotive, lorry, truck, or crane sector looking to advance your career? This role offers an exciting opportunity to step into product management, providing technical support and guiding product development processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Address installation inquiries, warranty issues, and product development requests from customers and internal teams.
* Update and maintain assembly and fitting instructions to ensure compliance with international standards.
* Collaborate with CAD/electrical resource teams to support product development and drive innovation.
* Engage with long-term employees to leverage their expertise in production and system development.
* Travel to customer sites or agent locations as needed to facilitate development discussions and address any raised issues
Qualifications:
* Previous experience as a Service Engineer or Engineer within the automotive, lorry, truck, or crane sector.
* Strong knowledge of hydraulics and a working understanding of commercial vehicles.
* Proven experience in product management, technical support, or a related field.
