We're now looking for a Personal Assistant/Team Administrator to support a very innovative and rapidly growing business based in Hemel Hempstead.
Long-term they will be looking for someone on a permanent basis, but due to how busy the company and management team currently are, they are open to some form of part time or full time PA support over the coming weeks/months on a temp basis.
If you're a PA/EA who'd be capable and open to supporting 2 directors with diary management, email support and also supporting the businesses wider team with some administration support and you're available to start asap on a temp basis, we want to hear from you!
This company are seen as pioneers in their industry and you'd be working with 2 directors day-to-day, one of which is extremely creative and marketing/ideas/events focussed and then the other who's more operational focussed - On a longer term basis past being a temp (if of interest) this role would focus on supporting just 1 of those people.
This is a temporary position and will be paying £20 per hour + holiday pay accrual.
The site for this role is in Hemel Hempstead, nice offices based in the Maylands area with free parking on site.
As this is a temp role, they will be looking for this person to be based in the office so they can be on hand to support either director or the team dependant on what's happening that day or week.
Standard hours for the company are M-F and 9am to 5.30pm, but we're open to part time and full-time applicants for this.
Duties to include:
- Managing diaries, arranging meetings, appointments, webinars and conference calls with precision and accuracy.
- Organise and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, document minutes, and track follow-up actions.
- Plan and arrange all travel logistics for the directors, including itineraries, accommodation, transportation, and preparation of all necessary documentation.
- Handle all email and written correspondence, drafting responses, filtering important communications, and ensuring timely responses.
- Assist in the creation of presentations, reports, and documents for internal and external use.
- Proactively prioritise tasks.
- Provide general office management and administrative support including filing, expense management, and supporting other administrative duties as required.
Candidate requirements:
- Proven experience as an EA or PA supporting senior executives.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and courteous manner.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
- Strong attention to detail, with a proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with digital tools for managing tasks, calendars, and communications.
- Ability to remain flexible and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
