High-End Site Manager

Salary: £60,000-£65,000

Are you an experienced Site Manager with a passion for high-quality craftsmanship and exceptional client satisfaction? We're recruiting on behalf of a prestigious high-end residential house builder specializing in bespoke projects valued between £1m-£5m, managing up to 10 plots at a time.

Your Role:

As a High-End Site Manager, you will:

* Plan and coordinate daily and weekly site activities.

* Lead and inspire your team, ensuring quality standards and timely delivery.

* Manage subcontractors and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

* Monitor progress using programming software and maintain detailed project documentation.

* Uphold site safety and compliance with SHE regulations.

* Handle project administration, financial tracking, and meeting preparation.

* Maintain the company's exceptional standards of quality and client satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

Qualifications:

* SMSTS Certificate.

* First Aid Certificate.

Experience:

* Previous Site Manager experience on projects valued at £2m-£4m.

* Trade experience (desirable).

Skills:

* Strong technical and construction knowledge.

* Competence in programming software.

* Excellent communication and leadership skills.

* Ability to work under pressure and solve problems proactively.
