Our Senior Sous Chef prepares, produces, and presents memorable meals for our guests, applying their energy and enthusiasm to every task. We now have an exciting opportunity for a experienced Senior Sous Chef with a passion for delivering consistent, high-quality food in a fast-paced kitchen.

The ideal candidate for the Senior Sous Chef role will:
  • Have excellent knowledge of French cuisine
  • Be fanatical about standards and genuinely care about the quality of the food they prepare
  • Build excellent relationships with kitchen and front-of-house team members to keep everything running smoothly

  • Have previous experience as a Senior Sous Chef or Sous Chef
