Title: Quantity Surveyor - Fit-Out

Location: Manchester

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000

The Client

Our client is a specialist fit out and refurbishment contractor, they work across multiple sectors including commercial office space, hospitality and retail. They are looking to add a Quantity Surveyor to their team with Fit-Out experience.

Key Responsibilities of the Quantity Surveyor - Fit-Out:

The Quantity Surveyor - Fit-Out will be responsible for the commercial aspects of projects with values of £100k - £1.5m across Manchester and the North West.

* Liaise with the client and communicate with project stakeholders.

* Estimating

* Variations & Valuations

* Budgeting

* Buying / Procurement

* Support the pre-construction phase including working in partnership with in-house design and attending site surveys.

The Person

* Prior experience as a Quantity Surveyor within Fit-Out

* Must be able to manage multiple projects at one time

* Full UK driving licence

* Good communication skills
