A highly regarded Stoke based law firm are currently looking to recruit an experienced

Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Licenced Conveyancer to join the firms well established and friendly Residential Property Team.

You will be required to have previous residential conveyancing experience handling a caseload of conveyancing matters including purchase, sale, remortgage, leasehold, right to buy and transfers of equity.

The firm are a traditional law firm offering a supportive working environment with quality repeat work due to the level of service they provide.

Location - Stoke-on-Trent

Salary - £28,000 - £45,000

Hours - Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

Duties include

• Managing a varied caseload of conveyancing matters including purchase, sale, remortgage, leasehold, right to buy and transfers of equity.
• Managing a team of support staff
• Taking instructions from clients and give clear advice on all aspects of the transaction
• Investigate title documents, search results and mortgage documentation
• Maintain good relationships with Estate Agents and other legal professionals
