Title: Finishing Site manager

Project Locations: North of England (Large allocation around Liverpool, Manchester, Leeds, Newcastle & up to Edinburgh).

First Site location: Berwick-upon Tweed

Office Location: Bradford

Start: July

Shift Pattern/Hours: Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm

Joining/Pay Options:

Fixed contract just for the project: £300p/d, must live local to the job

Permanent Position: £50k - £55k, must be willing to work away in the locations above

My client is a family-owned main contractor with a £60m annual turnover who specialise in large design & build projects across the North of England with a focus on Liverpool, Manchester, Leeds, Newcastle and Edinburgh areas. They are currently extremely busy and have multiple projects starting across Liverpool, Manchester & Newcastle over the next few weeks.

They are currently looking for a Finishing Manager to take over the internals works on a newbuild Industrial unit in Berwick-upon-Tweed. Who will manage the project to completion & handover
