This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated legal professional to make a significant impact within a supportive and friendly environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters, from instruction through to post-completion.
• Advising clients on the buying and selling process, including freehold and leasehold properties.
• Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build properties.
• Ensuring that all transactions are completed efficiently and in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Maintaining strong client relationships and providing high-quality service throughout.

Ideal Candidate: The successful candidate will have:

• A minimum of 2 years PQE in residential conveyancing.
• Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload independently.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a strong attention to detail.
• A proactive and client-focused approach to work.

• Salary up to £60,000 based on experience.
