Lioness Recruitment believe it takes specialist experience to find specialist careers. Fancy a career as an Customer Success Consultant with a leading industry specialist? They're looking to take your specialist systems experience and team it with their ground-breaking software.
This is a hybrid working but still client facing role, with regular travel to UK client sites (on average three days per month on site). You will also be required to attend Manchester based offices twice a week. Your responsibilities will include supporting clients and ensuring a smooth implementation process. This will include configuration, second line support, data analysis, system testing, running workshops and user training.
Essential:
* Exceptional Customer Service skills
* Proven support and systems implementation experience
* Systems analysis and data interrogation
* Proficiency with SQL and relational databases
* Solid understanding of HTML & CSS
* Applicants with workforce or contractor management systems experience are highly desirable
