We are recruiting for a Medical Device Manufacturing Centre Project Administrator within the Tayside MedTech Innovation Ecosystem (TIME) to support the delivery of the MDMC Phase II project in Dundee. This is a fixed-term appointment until 30th June 2026.

You will provide administrative assistance to the Dundee project manager, Dundee business development manager, and the broader Dundee team as part of a consortium led by Heriot-Watt University. Duties will include organising and recording meeting minutes, ensuring follow up actions are prompted, and maintaining administrative organisation and records generated from MDMC Client delivery. The post will be based in Wilson House beside Ninewells Hospital, one of Europe's largest teaching hospitals, with the School of Medicine providing outstanding medical education and training supported by world class research facilities.

Your priorities will include:
  • Act as the principle point of contact for MDMC within TIME.
  • Provide in an administrative capacity at regular meetings with MDMC consortium and UoD colleagues.
  • Exhibit a high level of discretion, tact, and sound judgement in dealing with confidential or complex issues/data when dealing with staff and clients alike.
  • Provide a professional demeanour in dealing with internal and external delegates and ensuring all paperwork relating to the site visits and events is communicated.
  • Work as part of a wider team to contribute to the successful delivery of the project and organisational aims.
Who we're looking for:
  • Someone with experience of working in an administrative support team.
  • Someone with experience with Microsoft365 and associated systems.
  • Someone who has good interpersonal skills.
  • Someone who is organised and has good attention to detail.
