Duty Manager - Leading Leisure Facility in Richmond -£29,562 per annum

This full-time position (36 hours per week, including evenings and weekends) offers an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences.About the Role: As Duty Manager, you will be responsible for the seamless daily operations of the facility, prioritizing top-tier customer service and safety. This role is ideal for someone who can lead a team to deliver exceptional service while upholding the highest standards of operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day activities, ensuring adherence to safety and service protocols.
• Team Leadership: Inspire, train, and oversee staff across various departments.
• Customer Relations: Address inquiries, resolve complaints, and handle incidents with professionalism.
• Facility Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness, functionality, and compliance with health and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Previous supervisory experience in the leisure or hospitality sector.

• Excellent customer service capabilities.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
• Valid National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) and an Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain).
