Are you ready to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with complex disabilities and those recovering from traumatic brain injury, stroke, or other neurological conditions? We're looking for an enthusiastic Band 6 Speech and Language Therapist who's passionate about changing lives through innovative care and rehabilitation.

At our state-of-the-art 48-bed centre in Leatherhead, Surrey, you will work alongside a friendly and dynamic multi-disciplinary team, including nurses, occupational therapists, psychologists, and physiotherapists, all focused on providing the highest standard of care.

What You Will Be Doing

As part of our expert SLT team, you'll:

Deliver specialized speech, language, and swallowing assessments for adults with communication and cognitive challenges.

Provide neurorehabilitation in a supportive residential setting, offering both individual and group interventions.

Play a key role in stroke recovery pathways, offering essential rehabilitation services that follow best practice and government policies.

Work directly with out-patients, delivering transformative care and advice.

Help design and develop SLT programs under the mentorship of senior SLTs.

Offer invaluable guidance to clients, families, and staff on managing dysphagia
