Duties:

Our client, a very exclusive shooting club in West London with a very high standard of food are looking for a Chef de Partie.

You will have the opportunity to work with a very talented head chef and executive chef.

The ideal Chef de Partie candidate:

Will have at least 2 to 3 years' experience at 2 to 3 rosettes standard.

Will be capable of running all sections of a kitchen excluding pastry.

Will be capable of directing demi Chef de Partie and Commis if necessary.

What is it for you:

33,000.00-£36,000.00 per year (depending on experience)
