Head of Mechanical Wanted!

Our client is seeking a Head of Mechanical Services to join their team on a permanent basis. The Head of Mechanical Services will be responsible for overseeing and leading all aspects of the mechanical services department. The Head of Mechanical Services will have proven experience in a Mechanical position at the C-Suite level.

Key Responsibilities for the Head of Mechanical:

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively
• Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in Mechanical Services
• Encompass strategic planning, team management, and project execution
• Ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency in delivering mechanical services
• Proficient in project management tools and software

Skills Required for the Head of Mechanical:

• In-depth knowledge of facilities management best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and industry standards
• Legal right to work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS clearance required
