Financial Accountant- Based in London and Southend c.£45,000 to £50,000 P.A + Bens (inc Study Support)

Are you keen to work for a division of an established, global company with a prestigious client base and where you can have a tangible impact?

Despite the high-profile, international nature of their business, this company has a personal, SME feel and this role will work very closely with the highly knowledgeable and supportive Financial Controller.

Our client has an ethos of creating effective partnerships and you will support the day-to-day requirements whilst also demonstrating a commercial attitude, providing analysis and also being aware of the 'bigger picture’.

Working closely with the wider finance team you will be responsible for producing the accounts for a well-known brand within their stable on both the UK and European basis.

Given that this division has a standalone finance function, you will need to have a pragmatic approach that is often required within a smaller business. Therefore, whilst you will be encouraged to develop your technical and theoretical knowledge, you will also be heavily involved in the transactional finance elements of the business.

About You:

- An SME 'can do’ hands-on mindset.

- Experience in dealing with Stock Control.

- Strong communication skills.

- Fully Qualified (ACA, CIMA or ACCA).
