Cambridgeshire - Mechanical Technician - Salary £25-35k- Telecommunications

My client are leaders in the telecommunications industry and are increasingly growing and are looking for a Mechanical Technician.

Main Duties:

• Testing electro-mechanical development products
• Assembly of PLC controlled pneumatic test fixtures
• Cataloguing development test samples
• Maintenance of departmental equipment
• Controlling departmental consumables
• Use of workshop equipment and tools
• Assembly of product components

Key Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience within a Mechanical Technician type role
• Understanding of mechanical/electrical/electronic drawings
• Experience using measuring instruments

The salary for the position is £25-35k depending on experience
