The key responsibilities of the Senior Recruitment Coordinator will include:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process with seamless support
- Downloading and organising applications efficiently
- Coordinating candidate interactions, including scheduling meetings and sending invitations
- Preparing comprehensive assessment packs
- Engaging and collaborating with senior stakeholders
- Assisting in the offer process to ensure a smooth candidate experience

Profile
The ideal Senior Recruitment Coordinator will bring a proven background in a similar public sector role, showcasing a robust understanding of 360° recruitment. You'll be skilled at strategically supporting the Executive Recruitment team, coordinating all recruitment activities seamlessly.
Experience collaborating with executive-level stakeholders is highly valued, and familiarity with SuccessFactors is a strong plus.

Job Offer
