Are you passionate about shaping young minds and providing the best start to a child's educational journey? We are recruiting an enthusiastic and dedicated EYFS Teacher to join a welcoming and vibrant school in Buckingham.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and creative lessons aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum, encouraging exploration, play, and hands-on learning
Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, ensuring individual learning needs are met through differentiated instruction
Foster a positive and nurturing environment that supports children's social, emotional, and cognitive development
Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies to support children's learning and well-being
Collaborate with teaching assistants and other staff members to deliver high-quality provision for all learners

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with specific EYFS teaching experience
Strong communication skills and a nurturing approach, able to engage children with diverse needs and backgrounds
A deep understanding of child development and the ability to use a range of assessment strategies to support progress
A creative and adaptable approach to teaching, ensuring lessons are engaging, inclusive, and tailored to individual pupils
Commitment to ongoing professional development and the school's values
