We are looking for an experienced Senior Healthcare Assistant to join our team in Southport. This role is for female candidates only, due to service needs.

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Senior HCA in a care home setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to provide high-quality, person-centered care

• Lead and support the care team during night shifts
• Administer medication and ensure accurate record-keeping
• Assist with personal care and well-being of residents
• Maintain and update care plans in line with individual needs
