Role: Structural Engineer

Location: Bristol

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience

My client is a well-established Civil and Structural Engineering Consultancy based in Bristol, and they are actively looking for a skilled and motivated Structural Engineers to join their expanding team. With a broad and loyal client base, their portfolio includes diverse and complex projects across the commercial, industrial, retail, public, and residential sectors throughout the UK.

Essential criteria for this Structural Engineer:
• A relevant degree in Civil and Structural Engineering (e.g., BEng/MEng).
• At least 5 years of design experience in Structural Engineering
• Design experience with steel, concrete, timber, and masonry
• Familiar with Tekla design software is preferred
• Strong technical, managerial, and interpersonal abilities, with demonstrated leadership and excellent communication skills.

About this Structural Engineering role:
• Develop structural designs for various projects using materials such as steel, concrete, timber, and masonry.
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and provide solutions tailored to their needs.
• Guide and mentor junior engineers or technicians, reviewing their work and providing feedback.
