Job Overview:

As a Maths Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mathematics education, excellent classroom management skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality Maths lessons in line with the national curriculum
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback
Support students with varying abilities, ensuring differentiation in lessons
Collaborate with other teaching staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience
Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning
Contribute to extracurricular activities and school events where required

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
A degree in Mathematics or a related subject
Proven experience teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience desirable)
Strong classroom management and communication skills
A commitment to promoting high standards of teaching and learning
Ability to start immediately
