My client is an established manufacturer of high-end, bespoke PCB products and they are looking for an experienced Process Engineer that they can develop into a technical manager. The company have a fantastic portfolio of huge blue-chip customers, including BAE Systems, MOD, and the NHS, and they are on an exciting growth trajectory.

Your engineering knowledge and analytical skills will guide you in monitoring production efficiency and implementing improved processes to make production more streamlined, whilst reducing waste and maintaining exceptional quality standards. Additionally, you will mentor junior members of the team. Full industry training will be provided.

The Role:
*Identifying problems within the manufacturing facility and providing solutions to resolve them
*Monitoring and improving production efficiency to streamline processes, reduce waste and maintain quality standards
*Develop new techniques to increase the capability of the manufacturing facility

The Candidate:
*Leadership / Mentoring experience and interested in becoming a Technical Manager
*Engineering / Scientific degree and previous experience working as a Process Engineer
*Looking for a role offering career development and financial progression
