Rates and Shifts:

Monday - Friday (Days): £12.82 per hour
Monday - Friday (Nights): £13.03 per hour
Saturday (Days): £13.53 per hour
Saturday (Nights): £13.71 per hour
Sunday (Days): £13.94 per hour
Sunday (Nights): £14.13 per hour
Bank Holidays (Days & Nights): £15.47 per hour
Key Responsibilities:

Providing attentive, compassionate care to residents, supporting both physical and emotional needs.
Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and meal support.
Promoting resident independence and creating a friendly, positive atmosphere.
Following care plans closely and maintaining accurate, up-to-date records.
Requirements of the Support Worker:

Prior experience in a similar UK-based role (support worker, HCA, carer, or care assistant).
Eligibility to work in the UK.
A compassionate, empathetic nature.
Willingness to complete required compliance checks.
