*37 hour working week*

o Have NEC3 or 4 ECC main Option A, C or E experience for project delivery, administration and management.
o Delivered post-contract projects including the commercial management from contract award to final account.
o Contracts are properly managed and administered in accordance with contract requirements including compliance with all responses to communications, payments, compensation events and programme submissions etc.
o Ensuring robust budget and cost management is always undertaken, taking a proactive approach, providing solutions with a 'can do' attitude.
o Ownership of accurate commercial reporting.
o Proactive management of project and programme risk including ensuring that mitigation plans are in place and implemented.
o Development of strong client relationships across its organisation.
o Supporting internal business development initiatives.
• Desirable:
o Water or wastewater experience.
o NEC3 or NEC4 Project Manager accreditation.
o MRICS - Chartered Surveyor or working towards their APC.
o Experience of a contract management software, such as CEMAR.
o Stakeholder management
