Liquid Personnel are currently working exclusively alongside Rutland council to recruit for social workers to join their Child protection and permanency team. This role is ideal for a qualified social worker who is looking for a new challenge within a very stable local authority.

Duties of a Child protection and permanence social worker
- Carry a caseload consisting of CiC, CP and CiN cases.
- Prepare assessments, Cin reviews and plans as well as CP and CLA plans
- Maintain accurate and up to date records of files
- Take part in team meetings and participate in team development
- Prepare for case conferences, court and meetings when required

Key requirements for the role

- Current SWE registration and valid right to work in the UK
- Have completed your ASYE
