Job Responsibilities:

Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support to students with special educational needs (SEN), adapting your approach to suit individual learning styles.
Collaborate closely with teachers to identify strengths, challenges, and effective strategies for each student.
Create a positive, inclusive environment where all students feel valued and supported.
Develop open and effective communication with students and staff to build a strong support network.
Build meaningful relationships with students, guiding them to follow school rules and maintain a positive learning experience.Requirements:

Demonstrate the ability to work with diverse learning needs, adapt learning and provide tailored support
Previous experience within an education setting
