Location: Flint

Our client, a leading manufacturing organisation, is currently seeking a Production Operative to join their team in Flint. .

Key Responsibilities:

Operate machinery and equipment in the production of composites
Follow safety protocols and wear safety boots throughout the shift
Ensure efficient production flow and adherence to quality standards
Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the tin room
Collaborate with the team to meet production targetsRequirements:

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required
Ability to work Monday to Thursday, from 7am to 6pm
Attention to detail and good manual dexterity
Strong work ethic and team player
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
Effective communication skills
