Technical Customer Support Engineer | Audio / Broadcast Technology | West Yorkshire | HYBRID | up to £35k DOE

Due to continued growth and success, our client is looking to take on an experienced Technical Customer Support Engineer, to support the use of their cutting-edge audio broadcast mixing equipment, used by some of the worlds most high-profile events and institution's, such as the BBC, World Cup, Glastonbury, Super Bowl.

As a Customer Support Engineer, you will need at least 3 years industry experience, assisting customers, in either technical support or 1st line and knowledge of mixing consoles.
In return you'll have the opportunity to build a career and gain valuable experience working with top-tier organisations, and once established have the option to travel to exciting destinations like Japan, Australia, the Middle East, and South America. 

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and effectively to service inquiries and calls from customers.
Perform on-site service visits, including upgrades, fault correction, and mixer upgrades.
Utilise our factory facilities to diagnose and troubleshoot reported faults.
Maintain accurate service tickets, customer service records, and service database records.
Collaborate with the Development Team to identify and address software bugs and design issues as needed.Requirements:

3 years plus experience in 1st or 2nd line or technical customer support
Experience and knowledge of audio Mixing experience is essential 
Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing solutions.
Strong knowledge of networking protocols such as IP, TCP, UDP, RTP, and RTSP.
Proficiency in LAN configuration and experience with Switches/Routers (VLAN, ACL, etc.).
Possession of a professional IT networking qualification (CCNA/CCNP or equivalent).
Excellent computer literacy and ability to navigate various software tools.
