About the Role: As a Service Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department. You will be responsible for managing service bookings, handling customer queries, coordinating with technicians, and maintaining accurate records. Your attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills will be key to supporting our busy service team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing service bookings and scheduling for LCV/HGV vehicles

* Communicating with customers and providing updates on vehicle progress

* Processing invoices and maintaining accurate service records

* Liaising with workshop staff and ensuring smooth workflow

* Handling all service-related administrative tasks efficiently and accurately

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Service Administrator, ideally within the LCV/HGV industry

* Strong communication and customer service skills

* Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail

* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

* Familiarity with dealer management systems (DMS) is a plus
