Salary: £32,000 - £36,000 (Negotiable DOE) + Profit Share

Looking for a role where you can run your own showroom and make a real impact?

We're hiring a Showroom Manager for our bathroom showroom in Tunbridge Wells. You'll be given full autonomy to lead the showroom, shape the customer experience, grow sales, and manage a small but high-performing team.

We're part of UK Plumbing Supplies - the UK's largest independent plumbing and heating merchant with over 320 branches. Each site is locally run, giving you real decision-making power with the backing of a trusted national brand.

What You'll Be Doing

- Run day-to-day operations of the bathroom showroom

- Lead and support your team to deliver high levels of service and performance

- Manage product displays, layout, and merchandising to inspire customers

- Develop strong relationships with trade and retail customers

- Deliver expert design advice and product recommendations

- Use commercial data and margin management to grow local sales

- Drive local marketing and repeat business opportunities

- Work closely with the branch team, including warehouse and delivery

What We're Looking For

- Experience in a bathroom, kitchen, interiors, or design showroom

- Team leadership or supervisory experience is ideal

- Sales-driven mindset with strong commercial acumen

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Creative eye for layout, design, and visual merchandising

- CAD experience (e.g. Virtual Worlds) is a bonus, not essential

- Full UK driving licence
