Development Manager (.NET/Angular)

Salary: £70,000+ (Dependent on experience)

Our client are a global dynamic and innovative company based in the Berkshire area, they are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Development Manager to lead the talented development teams.

The successful candidate will manage six direct reports across two specialised teams (2 Full Stack Developers and 4 Software Developers). This is an exciting opportunity to influence the direction of our development processes and ensure the successful delivery of full-stack projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage two development teams, ensuring efficient processes and high-quality deliverables.

* Oversee the development and implementation of our software.

* Manage full-stack development projects, with a focus on Angular and .NET technologies.

* Implement best practices in software development and project management.

* Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth within the teams.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align development efforts with business goals.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in managing software development teams.

* Strong knowledge of Angular and .NET (preferably Angular).

* Excellent understanding of development processes and project management.
