Job Title: Property Marketing Consultant

Location: Thetford

Salary: Basic Salary up to £22000, up to £50,000 OTE

Brook Street are partnering with a well established estate agency firm in the Thetford area and are recruiting for an experienced property Marketing Consultant on a full time basis.

Key Responsibilities

Building excellent relationships with vendors
Generating new and repeat business.
Marketing properties
Completing contracts
Gaining new instructions for properties to market
Upselling
Preparing property brochures
Local area canvassing
Door knocking and leaflet dropping.
Ensuring each property adheres to health and safety regulations.

Essential skills

Full UK Driving License for manual vehicle
Experience as an estate agent.
Relationship builder
Excellent communication
Strong understanding and knowledge or current residential lettings legislation.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Proactive
Good telephone manner
Strong IT skills
Excellent attention to detail
