Salary: £50000 - £60000/annum

We are looking for an individual who has the aspiration to progress within the Construction industry and work alongside our strong project delivery team within our Foreign Commonwealth department.

The role is to work alongside the project team to assist with project delivery and tendering. The role may include travelling overseas along with travel across the UK.

Qualifications / Key skills

Construction / Engineering project experience
Experience within construction management or supervision
Ideally previous trade experience
Strong organisational skills
Hardworking and team worker
Adaptable and flexible within working environment
Tact, discretion, and respect for confidentiality
Client facing skills
SMSTS, CSCS qualified or similar
NVQ qualifications preferred
The role involves the below

Supporting the delivery of projects in UK and overseas
Small UK contracts management
Organising trades and small works
Working alongside Project lead to delivery of larger projects
Overseeing small UK projects
Procurement and managing of materials for larger projects
Assisting with tenders
Attending bidders conferences abroad
Client liaison on projects both UK and overseas
Management of budget, programme and operations
Note the individual can grow within this role and the role can develop. There is an opportunity for career development and progression within the department and overall business.

Role is Gatwick based however there is flexibility within the role with opportunity for split office and home working (to be discussed and agreed)
