Graduates needed for Schools in London - LSA's (Learning Assistants), TA's (Teacher Assistants) or EYP's (Early years practitioners)

Do you want to teach but don't have a relevant teaching Qualification? Ever Considered being a Learning Support Assistant (LSA), a Teaching Assistant (TA) or Early years practitioner (EYP) in a School?

Have you just recently graduated and want to dip your toes into education?

LSA's, TA's and Early years practitioners are essential unqualified, who work alongside classroom teachers, learning and providing support.

Apex Educ8 are working with several Secondary schools and Primary schools in London whom are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic graduates who can act as LSA's, TA's or EYP's to assist classroom teachers whom teach across all subject areas for KS1, KS2, KS3, KS4 and KS5!

* Graduates with ANY Degree

*£90 - £110 per day

*Have Strong Classroom Management skills, highly confident and ambitious

*ASAP start

The ideal graduates role:

*Expected to support and assist classroom teacher.
*Need to be able to quickly build rapport with students, have good behaviour management skills, and be willing to cover a range of subjects if necessary.
*Not be required to deliver the lesson itself but you must ensure the pupils are on task and complete the work set by the teacher.
*Need to manage behaviour in line with the school policy so you must be confident and have a strong, firm, but fair approach.

To apply to be a LSA/ TA/ EYP graduate in a School:
*You would need to have a Valid and up to date DBS
*Possess a degree (2:2 minimum) OR have previous experience as an LSA/ TA/ EYP mentor or tutor
*Be subject to at least 2 years satisfactory references
