Job Title: Finance Assistant

Location: Shoreditch, London

- Hourly rate: £13 to £14

- Duration: 2 months

- Contract Type: Temporary

- Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday- Friday

Responsibilities:

• Support the Head of Finance in daily financial operations
• Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes
• Utilise strong Excel skills to analyse financial data and prepare reports
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions
• Assist in monthly and year-end financial closing processes
• Prepare and distribute invoices and statements to clients and vendors
• Monitor and reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Skills:

• Previous experience as a finance assistant
• Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes
• Proficient in Excel with the ability to create and maintain complex spreadsheets
• Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and time management skills
