Mechanical Project Manager
Location: Manchester
Salary: £40,000 - £52,000 + £6,000 car
We our looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to work with a local FM and play a key role in expanding their operations, based in Manchester. You'll drive project efficiency, enhance cost control, manage resources, and strengthen client relationships nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage project teams, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
* Oversee financials, from tendering to completion, maximizing profitability.
* Schedule labour, manage supply chains, and ensure smooth project execution.
* Ensure compliance with HASAWA 1974 & CDM Reg 2015.
* Review and interpret Mechanical & Electrical construction drawings.
* Drive efficiency, quality control, and compliance across multiple projects (£1M+ value).
* Collaborate with the admin team to streamline procurement and documentation.
* Develop expertise in renewable energy and emerging technologies.
