The Role:

This role involves designing tailored Salesforce solutions for insurance clients, ensuring their complex needs are met effectively. Acting as the key liaison between clients and internal teams, the analyst will translate business goals into actionable Salesforce configurations. The position requires deep industry knowledge and the ability to bridge the gap between client requirements and technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyse client requirements, proposing optimised Salesforce workflows.
  • Perform gap analysis using industry and platform expertise.
  • Coordinate with development teams to deliver solutions and validate results through testing.
  • Create clear documentation to support agile project delivery.

What's Needed

  • Strong experience in the UK insurance market (Broker/MGA focus).
  • Solid understanding of the policy lifecycle: quoting, underwriting, renewals.
  • Experience designing Salesforce-based insurance solutions.
  • Agile methodology experience with a focus on collaboration and communication.
  • Available to work hybrid in the London office.
