Project Manager / Contracts Manager
Location: Birmingham / Midlands
Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 + Car Allowance

Are you an experienced Project Manager / Contracts Manager seeking a new opportunity? Have you worked in social housing or external wall installation managing more than 1 scheme at a time? TS Recruitment is partnering with a leading social housing contractor to recruit a Project Manager.

Benefits

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Car allowance or company car, including travel expenses
Pension: 3% employer contributionsafter qualifying period

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage 2-3 projects simultaneouslyworking closely with Site Managers
Work is all EWI (external wall insulation) solar panel and window and door replacements
Manage the client relationshipattend meetings
Oversee quality control and ensurethe site programmeis followed
Working with the Quantity Surveyor ensure site is completed within budget
Produce progress reports to the client and senior management

Required Knowledge & Experience

Experience: Proven experience managing severalschemes
Sector: social housing and EWI experience preferred
Education:SMSTS, CSCSand NVQ level 6 preferred
Skills: Strong IT and numerical proficiency
License: Valid UK driving license
