We now looking to recruit a credit control and debt collection apprentice who will help to support the credit control team,

Key Responsibilities

To support the credit control team with their day-to-day tasks which include but are not limited to: -

Allocate receipts to customer accounts

Update and maintain customer records

Request payment dates from customers

General administration to support the team

Candidate Requirements

GCSE's in Maths & English grade 5 or above

Computer literate

Desirable

Attention to detail and accuracy when processing information

Good organizational and time management skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to interact with different stakeholders

Training

Full on the job training will be provided

Advanced credit controller & debt collection specialist (Level 3) Apprenticeship

Qualification: Diploma in Credit Management from the Chartered Institute of Credit Management (CICM)
