As our next Business Transformation Leader, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operational delivery of contracts and projects for our UK manufacturing clients. Your remit is to drive our clients' businesses forward by creating new opportunities and refining existing processes. You will lead and mentor a team of seven in our company, focusing on advancing processes, technology, and functions for our manufacturing clients, while also exploring new technology and digitisation.

Key account management will involve nurturing strategic relationships with key stakeholders in various manufacturing organisations, identifying additional opportunities, articulating strategies, and using them to generate further business prospects and development.

As a Business Transformation Leader within SIG, you will have the opportunity to initiate change through influence. Your mission is to deliver and drive business growth, focusing on advancing existing strategies and processes through new technology, including automation and digitisation.

• Experience in strategically influencing senior leadership teams and functions, resulting in tangible business growth and project wins

This role requires a hands-on approach, rolling up your sleeves and actively participating rather than just delegating tasks. You will be comfortable with ambiguity and will have a knack for cutting through the noise to understand the needs and priorities of our clients, whilst being able to prioritise their needs and confidently articulate strategies and plans. You'll be delving into your client's needs, uncovering value, and translating this into practical and thought-through solutions.
