“Success is a process, not an event.”  Gary Halbert Sheridan Maine is excited to be working with a prominent Bristol-based organisation who are seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to join the business on a 3-month fixed-term contract basis. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for an immediately available Accounts Payable professional to join the team in a varied assignment.  Key responsibilities as the Accounts Payable Analyst will include:
  • Handle the complete accounts payable process, including month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Perform daily bank reconciliations.
  • Accurately process accounts payable invoices and credits, meeting strict SLAs.
  • Manage and execute payment runs.
  • Reconcile vendor statements.
  • Efficiently manage inboxes, ensuring timely resolution of queries.
The successful Accounts Payable Analyst will require:
  • Proven experience in a accounts payable, preferably within a larger organisation.
  • ERP systems experience.
  • Analytical mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Spanish language skills are desirable but not essential .
