Job Advert: Plumber - UCLH, London

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Plumber to join CBRE Managed Services Limited on a temporary basis.

Role Details:

Job Title: Plumber
Location: University College Hospital, Grafton Way Building, 1 Grafton Way, London, WC1E 6AS
Start Date: 10/03/2025
End Date: 13/04/2025
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:47
Pay Rate: £24.00 per hour (Umbrella)
Contract Type: Temporary (40 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out plumbing maintenance and repairs within a hospital environment.
Work on toilets, cisterns, taps, basins, and TMVs (Thermostatic Mixing Valves).
Ensure all work meets the required health and safety standards.

Requirements:

Must have own tools and PPE.
