Role as an SEN Teaching Assistant
This is a hands-on, varied role supporting children with additional needs including Autism, ADHD, and SEMH. You will work closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to tailor support that enables pupils to thrive both academically and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities Include:

* Providing 1:1 and small-group support for children with special educational needs

* Assisting with behaviour management and emotional regulation strategies

* Helping to adapt learning materials to suit individual needs

* Creating a safe, inclusive learning environment that promotes independence

* Supporting with EHCP targets and liaising regularly with SEN staff

What the School is Looking For:

* A recent Psychology graduate with a genuine passion for SEN and child development

* Some experience supporting children or young people (e.g. mentoring, tutoring, volunteering)

* A calm, empathetic, and patient nature

* Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

* Commitment to working full-time from September 2025 for the full academic year
