We're working on behalf of a dynamic Food manufacturer to recruit for a Product Launch Project Manager for their site in Leeds.

This is a unique opportunity for someone looking to blend project management skills with experience in the food industry.

Role Overview:

The Product Launch Project Manager will play a central role in driving product and packaging launches across key own-label and branded accounts. You'll act as a key liaison between sales, NPD (New Product Development), operations, and artwork delivery teams, ensuring the seamless execution of packaging artwork projects.

On Offer:

* £32,000 raising to £34,000 after probation

* Monday - Friday - 40 hours per week

* Home working on a Friday

* 33 days annual leave

Key Responsibilities:

* Advocate for delivering high-quality products and packaging aligned with customer and brand expectations.

* Develop critical paths for customer and brand launches, managing workloads and timelines for smooth delivery.

* Host and lead weekly project meetings to monitor progress, identify risks, and escalate challenges as needed.

* Coordinate responses and consolidate information from multiple sources to keep projects on track.

* Lead internal stakeholder meetings, presenting updates and solutions.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to overcome challenges and provide actionable solutions.

* Liaise with retailers to agree on timelines and prioritize actions for expedited delivery.

* Support and guide a team of Product Launch Executives handling artwork, project coordination, and administrative tasks.

* Oversee and enforce the Gate Brief process to ensure full business sign-off at every stage of the project lifecycle.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

* Desirable: Familiarity with packaging artwork management processes and their operational impact.

* A self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and accounts.

* Strong attention to detail and an aptitude for navigating challenges creatively.

* Team player with excellent communication skills across functions and the confidence to lead meetings and address stakeholders.
