We are looking for an experienced Site Manager for a permanent or conract role working for a leading subcontractor that is specialising in asbestos removal.
This is working on a static project for a Tier 1 contractor delivering a large infrastructure project in Gloucester on a £460million national highways scheme
Responsibilities;-
* Supervising the team and managing resources and the site team.
* Attending client meetings
* Progress reporting and overseeing health & safety
* Checking the workmanship on site making sure it adheres to standards set.
* Monitoring H&S and budgetary requirements
Requirements
* Proven Track record as a Site Manager who has proven project delivery experience with asbestos removal.
* Experience Working with Tier 1 contractors
* Trade background or Degree BSC construction management.
* CSCS Black
* Taken projects from out of the ground to completion & handover of client.
