Salary: No higher than £60K absolute top end. £50K is their desired salary
Location: Fully remote in the UK
We are working with a fantastic company who specialise in HR software across Europe. Due to expansion, they are now looking for an experienced HR professional with knowledge and experience in working within Germany in a HR function.
The role will be transferring your excellent HR knowledge into a HR software environment. So an interest in HR systems is also needed.

The role

• This is a brand new role, involving consulting with clients
• Who are having their HR system built
• Typical clients could be companies who are changing HR system
• Or getting on built from scratch
• They are typically mid market/enterprise co's of 1000 or so employees
• Helping them get various processes in order for the system
• Talking to the client and understanding their needs
• Leading orientation Teams sessions to understand requirements
• Using their guides and manuals to take customers through the journey
• Looking after the customer and managing the project
• Testing the system where needed
