Handle are excited to be working with an entertainment company who are expanding their finance team. Based in Central London on a hybrid working model, the successful Finance Assistant will be an essential part of the team & responsible for providing financial, administrative and accounts assistance.

Candidate responsibilities:

• Accounts payable: putting invoices onto the system, reviewing supplier statements, updating cash flow files.
• Monitoring Accounts inbox: responding to emails, escalating, as necessary.
• Updating daily/weekly ticket sales reports and tracking.
• Support Production Accounting Manager on reports and analysis for new shows.
• Reconciliation of company credit cards.
