Hours: 8:30 am - 3:30 pm

Prospero Teaching is excited to partner with a welcoming primary school in Ellesmere Port to find an enthusiastic and committed SEN Teaching Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the classroom teacher in daily activities and classroom management.
Provide personalised and group support to students with additional needs.
Prepare and organise instructional materials and resources.
Deliver targeted assistance to help all students thrive academically.
Actively participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating classroom environment.

Requirements:

Previous experience working with children.
Experience supporting individuals with additional needs.
Up-to-date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable, but not essential as Safeguarding training will be provided).

Eligibility Criteria:

Right to Work in the UK.
Enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or willingness to process a new application.
Provide a minimum of two professional references.
